Tickets may be purchased at The Dow Event Center Box Office during operating hours. Please visit internal window #10 during open hours. The Box Office is a walk-up facility only. We do not take phone orders.

The Box Office is closed all other days, except for when there is a ticketed event at the venue. The Box Office will open 2 hours prior to an event. The Box Office will remain open until after the event begins.

Please have your ticket downloaded prior to arriving at The Dow Event Center to prevent entry delays. Note: If you do not have a mobile ticket, your physical ticket must have a scannable bar code when presented to ushers at point of entry.
Ticketmaster charges convenience fees. To avoid these fees, please purchase in person at the Box Office. Taxes and other fees may still apply when purchasing at the Box Office.

Tickets can be purchased at the Box Office using Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.
Will Call
Will Call is located at the Box Office unless otherwise specified. Will Call opens 2 hours prior to each event. Please be sure to have a photo ID to pick up your tickets. Tickets will only be released to the person whose name is listed on the order.
ADA Accessible Seating
Please contact the Box Office for assistance with purchasing accessible seating. Guests that require accessible seating must request this in advance as accessible seating is not guaranteed on the day of the event.
Children's Ticket Policy
The children’s ticket policy is at the discretion of show management. Please refer to the event information page for specific event information. However, most events require children ages two (2) and older must have a ticket. Children under the age of two (2) do not require a ticket, but must sit in a lap. Again, please refer to the specific event policy or contact the Box Office for questions. If no information is provided, this policy applies to that event. Please contact the Saginaw Spirit and Michigan Arsenal for their children’s ticket policy.
Purchasing From Unauthorized Ticketing Outlet
Please be aware that tickets purchased by an unauthorized ticket distributor or third party may not be valid and cannot be guaranteed by The Dow Event Center and Jolt Credit Union Event Park.
Refunds
All ticket sales are final. The Box Office does not offer refunds or exchanges unless specific event policy, artist changes or event postponement or cancellations are made. Refunds will be issued to the original point of purchase.
