Tickets available at Ticketmaster.com or at The Dow Event Center Box Office. Save on Ticketmaster fees by purchasing in person at the Box Office. Our Box Office is open Thursdays from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. and Fridays from 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Please visit internal window #10 to purchase your tickets during that time.

What is your bag policy?
The following bags are allowed:
- Small clutches no larger than 4.5″ x 6.5″ x 2″ (do not have to be clear)
- Clear bags no larger than 12″x6″x12″ (1 gallon)
- Bags for medical or parenting needs (do not have to be clear)*
*Bags in the medical/essential category will be screened by security personnel. Guests with parenting/medical bags must enter through the main entrance of the building to undergo additional security screening.
Do I need a parking reservation?
No, reservations are not required. Parking is first-come, first-served. Prepaid parking is available for select events. Arrive early for best selection.
How do I pay for parking?
There are three easy ways to pay on site, all from your phone.
1. CameraPay - Scan the QR code on the signs and complete the payment process.
2. TextPay - Text the P# of the location (P7821 for the ramp and P7822 for the 400 Lot) to 504504 and follow the link Premium Parking sends back.
3. Premium Parking app - Open the Premium Parking app, enter the location P# and complete the process.
If you do not have a phone, find any staff member in a red polo shirt, or call the customer service number at (844) 236-2011. We will get you taken care of on the spot.
Can I pay with cash?
No, The Dow Event Center is a cashless venue. We only accept debit and credit cards at all points of purchase.
